Shulhouse Rock!

Temple Beth Or is very proud to announce a wonderful music opportunity for youth from across the country!

The 2nd annual Shulhouse Rock! is a three-day musical workshop weekend for
current and aspiring songleaders, 9th-12th grade.

When:  Friday, February12--Sunday February 14th, 2010

Where:  Temple Beth Or Raleigh, NC

Shulhouse Rock! is an opportunity for high schoolers who are interested in songleading and Jewish Music in general to come together and learn new music from a nationally recognized staff including Dan Nichols, Cantor Ellen Dreskin and more. The weekend will also help teens their craft- in vocal health, techniques for group songleading and ruach sessions, finding spirituality in song, and Hebrew. Students will have the opportunity to work as a group and try out their new skills with our faculty in Temple Beth Or's Religious School on February 14th while they are visiting.

Join us Friday, February 12 at 6:30 pm for a ruach filled Shabbat Service to kick off this amazing weekend!
